Irina Lotvin

Irina Lotvin has found acupuncture to be life changing and profound. Her interest in acupuncture began when traveling to the Far East & China in 1991. Her love for learning this ancient system she finds immensely rewarding to bring and serve her community. She loves her patients and works together in a partnership to promote  the healing transformation to rebalance the body with acupuncture, addressing the whole patient — not only the symptoms, but body mind, and spirit.

Irina is presently apprenticing and seeing patients on a sliding scale under the supervision of master acupuncturist Linda  Miyoshi R.N. L.Ac, who's an expert in Japanese style acupuncture and long-time follower of a world renowned living master acupuncturist dr Kiiko Matsumoto.

Irina received her acupuncture, tai chi, and chi gong education of 3 years attending the clinical masters degree program of Classical Chinese Medicine at Jung Tao institute in Boone N.C., and later followed with her studies under expert physician and famous acupuncturist Dr. Viet Dzung Tran  M.D. from a lineage of Dr. Nguyen Van Nghi M.D. She is presently perusing National Certification from NCCOM. She holds a BA  from The New School for Public Engagement, New York, and BFA  from Parsons School of Design, New York, N.Y.

Irina's long interests and experience besides acupuncture are: yoga, meditation & primordial meditation from Depock Chopra from Chopra center in San Diego, CA for stress reduction.

She enjoys her daily tai chi practice, swimming, sailing, hiking, traveling with her partner and big family,  and loves and very proud of her beautiful daughter.

Linda Solow Miyoshi R.N., Lic. Acupuncturist

Practicing for 20 years, I became an acupuncturist after first being a patient. After completing my schooling and gaining my licensure, I completed further study of acupuncture in China. I have also been utilizing herbal treatment and homeopathy in addition to acupuncture. I believe that the process of detoxification, especially in toda's world, is an important part of the health treatment. I work with the patient to support them in their journey to wellness. I have undertaken specific training in working with people who have various neurological problems such as MS, stroke, ADHD, ADD, autism, Parkinson's, as well as general pain issues such as back pain, headache, GYN and fertility issues, immune support and allergy issues.
